Self-Compassion for Difficult Interactions

3-mins Class Meditation & Mindfulness
Self-Compassion for Difficult Interactions

About this Class

Cultivate some self-compassion when you're in a tight spot with another person and you wish you could handle it better.

Difficult interactions can really make us feel like we’re not being our best selves. But relationships are hard and we’re always doing the best we can. In this short practice, you will be guided to pause in the midst of a difficult interaction or after it happens, so you can show yourself some gentleness, support and self-compassion.
