Spending a lot of time with your children doesn't necessarily mean you're fully present with them. Our phones, computers, jobs and thoughts are constantly taking us away from the present moment, and even if they're young our children can feel it. In this short meditation you will be guided to come back to your body and to this moment, so you can let this presence flow naturally and effortlessly into the times spent with your kids.
