About this Class
This practice that dates back to the Buddha will help you experience a deeper connection to everything and everyone.
Our bodies appear to be solid and separate from everything and everyone else — but this is deceiving. Experiencing ourselves in this way may be at the root of most people's experience of loneliness and isolation. Thankfully, Buddhism offers us a practice that allows us to get in touch with the true spaciousness and magnificence of our body, giving us a deep sense of connection and freedom.
