About this Class

This body scan will help you reconnect to your body at the end of a busy day, so it can relax and drift to sleep.

When we spend all day in our heads, it's hard to step away at night and fully relax. This quick practice will guide you to scan through each part of your body, releasing any tension that may have accumulated there and keep you from falling asleep. You can also do this practice when you simply want a moment of deep relaxation.
