Oftentimes we are going places but completely ignore what’s going on around us. Our attention is usually on our phones, a book, or some other form of distraction, and we completely miss out on the journey. This short guided meditation will help you use the sense of sight as a tool to be more mindful and take in the moment fully when you're traveling.
