About this Class

When you feel lonely, you can remember that you are not separate from others, never were, and never will be.

“I'm all alone.” “I'm different than other people.” “I don’t belong.” These are some of the most painful thoughts that show up when we feel lonely and disconnected from others. And although the feelings are real, they don’t reflect the truth. This meditation will help you remember and touch your ever-present interconnection with others.  At the core of us, we are always connected to everyone and everything else.
