About this Class

This meditation helps us gain mastery over our experiences by remaining conscious and present with all that arises.

Our job during this meditation is to stay with the breath consciously, observing and breathing through all sensations. We open to the possibility of breaking through the mystery of why things happen to us. We gain strength and the ability to engage openly in the challenges of life, so they become opportunities. We begin to see how the infinite reveals itself to us in each moment, each relationship, each word, and each breath.
