When you find yourself locked in persistent destructive thoughts that physically feel like they are weighing you down, the easiest way to get out of this state is to move your body or breathe consciously. In just a few minutes of this short breath meditation, we can very quickly shift gears and guide ourselves out of these stagnant, heavy, destructive states into something more neutral, expansive, and elevated.
