When Rachael Kable began her journey with mindfulness, she never imagined she would get so many benefits out of this simple practice. At first, she sought out mindfulness to better learn how to manage stress. However, she found much more than that: stronger relationships, improved sleep, greater calm, clarity, and courage, in addition to more acceptance of life's challenges and a stronger sense of gratitude.
Her work as a helpline volunteer at the Anxiety Recovery Center in her native Australia and her bachelor's degree in psychology were the first steps she took in a lifelong career of helping people live happier lives. But after discovering meditation and experiencing its benefits, she trained to become a meditation coach, and started “The Mindful Kind Podcast,” blog, and video blog in 2015.
Through sharing how mindfulness helps her manage stress and enhance her personal wellbeing, Kable supports others in living joy-filled lives. In 2019, she published “The Mindful Kind,” a book to help with overwhelm, pressure, and anxiety — one mindful step at a time.
