Navigate Your Love Addiction

9-mins Class Meditation & Mindfulness
Navigate Your Love Addiction

About this Class

This practice will help you become aware of what the mind is latching onto when it’s constantly looking for love.

The mind does not like to be bored and does not like to feel negative emotions. When it does, it tries to avoid by latching onto something or someone for excitement or to push away any feelings of discomfort. This is what happens when you tend to fall in love easily, only to find yourself quickly falling out of love and looking for that rush all over again. It's also what happens when you constantly crave love and attention, and don't feel full without it. This meditation will help you explore love addiction.
