About this Class

Balance the five elements of nature within you to release stress, painful memories, and debilitating patterns.

The Sanskrit word Tattva refers to the elements. Everything you see in this world, including yourself, is made up of five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. If all of these elements are strong and in balance, we are able to resist stress and illness, and let go of negative habits and memories. This breathing practice will help us balance these elements within ourselves, giving us a sense of deep inner healing.
