This practice will help put your worries “to bed” when you wake up at night, so you can fall back asleep easily.

Do you ever fall asleep, just to wake up again in the middle of the night with a racing mind? When our sleep is disturbed, it’s hard to calm the mind and we are less likely to fall asleep again. This simple practice can be used to settle the mind in moments like this, putting your thoughts away and allowing yourself to fall back into a restful sleep.
