About this Class

Practice a relaxing body scan that will give each part of your body permission to completely relax and let go.

If you’re having trouble sleeping, or feel like even when you sleep you don’t feel rested the next day, scanning your body and relaxing each part could be helpful. This guided meditation will help you do that, soothing you into a gentle sleep so you can feel replenished in the morning.
