About this Class

This healing sleep meditation will show you how to stay focused on the body so you can unlock new ways to fall asleep.

In this guided meditation for anxiety and sleep, we will pause the incessant chatter in our heads for a few minutes, and instead will focus on the body and all the sensations it's feeling right now. We will learn how to fall asleep quickly by scanning each part of the body, one at a time, to give it some loving attention, and to bring a sense of calm and presence into our day.
