This meditation will help you find inner peace after a fight, so you can feel better and respond from a place of ease.

If you get into a heated argument, and respond while the stress hormones are coursing through your body and your mind is invaded by rage, you will likely end up causing more pain and confusion for all involved — including yourself. This practice will help regulate your nervous system after a fight, so you can be gentler with yourself and with others.
