Yoga, meditation, hiking — these are just a few of my favorite activities.
Physical fitness is an essential part of my wellbeing routine. Apart from practicing yoga, walking, and meditating, I also love to watch a good field hockey game or a gripping tennis match. Between engaging in and watching these sporting activities, I am filled with a sense of physical wellbeing. It invigorates me like nothing else.
