Bonding With Friends in London

Buzzing with people, ideas, and frenetic energy, London is a city that opens your heart.

On my recent trip across the Atlantic, I met my friend and podcast partner Thomas Power, founder of the BIP100Club. Thomas and I have been working together virtually for over a year now on the Living with Sunny Podcast, and he’s been my co-host and interviewer. Over two seasons of the podcast, we’ve formed a synergistic professional and personal bond as we met guests from all walks of life, sharing laughs and delving into serious topics related to the wellbeing of humanity and the planet.

I put a lot of stock in nurturing the relationships in my life — it’s is essential for our social wellbeing. Thomas and I had daylong conversations on wellbeing. He also took me to the NoMad Restaurant, set inside a beautifully landscaped atrium with a soaring glass ceiling, where we raised a toast to friendship.
