As the founder of a creative culinary company, Eeshaan brings food and beverage, photography, design, styling, and art together through his work with restaurants, pop-ups, and bespoke dining experiences. Eeshaan is passionate about pairing flavors and colors while planning a meal. For him fine dining is a multi-sensorial experience of colors, objects d’art, designs, and textures.
Growing up in a family that fussed over feasts and celebrations, and a grandfather who worked in the cookware manufacturing business, Eeshaan ended up both relishing both his mother’s simple wholesome meals and his father’s favorite festive foods. He left his biotechnology studies to follow his passion for food, training as a chef in Delhi.
Eeshaan’s obsession over flatware and cookware led to working closely with ceramicists, painters, and textile experts to develop Tablescape. His love for the ornamental shows up in his weakness for Indian wedding food and the decorative trimmings that go with it. As a culinary designer he combines his knowledge about food with his innate creative flair to make delicious, dramatic meals that are as wholesome as they are memorable.
