About this Class

When you’re having a particularly busy day and things are hectic, take a break to feel refreshed and ready for more.

This is a very short and simple guided meditation that can be extremely helpful in our everyday lives, especially on busy days when we could easily feel overwhelmed. It can be done just about anywhere, and even a few minutes of it will be helpful in bringing you back to a more balanced state of being. Try to integrate this mindful practice into your daily life,  to increase your wellbeing and resilience when faced with the demands of your day.
