Let go of the need to control the uncontrollable, and instead learn to recognize the things you do have power over.

Trying to control what is beyond our control is a recipe for stress and unhappiness. And while living in uncertainty can be challenging, letting go of our need to control every outcome can set us free and empower us. This simple practice will show us how to mindfully let go of our need to control everything, and grow our ability to recognize those things that we do have the power to change and improve.
