Deep relaxation is a feeling available to most of us if we learn how to access it in our bodies. In this guided session, you will focus your attention on gently relaxing your body with each breath, repeating the word "relax" in your mind with every exhale. You will also enjoy long moments of silence to fall into a deeper state of calm.
