About this Class

Connect to your heart center first, so you can then establish warm and heartfelt connections with others in your life.

The key to strong relationships is acting in a 'wholehearted' way, and this can be achieved by connecting to your heart center regularly through meditation. In this short practice,  Lisa Kring will guide you on a journey to your heart, so you can bask in its warmth and connect to the source of this warmth. Doing this will then allow you to naturally shine this light outwards, towards the people you love.

Lisa Kring draws from her experience as a licensed clinical social worker with a background in dispute resolution and family court mediation to practice and teach others about mindfulness. She believes self-compassion is a powerful tool to establish deep healing and growth.
