One of the hardest parts about being a student is that there is so much going on all the time — both externally, in our lives, and internally, in our minds. It's a time of great excitement and growth, but it can also feel overwhelming and exhausting. This meditation will teach you how to drop into a place of open awareness, where you can cease doing and instead, just be.
