Use Relaxation to Focus

11-mins Class Meditation & Mindfulness
Use Relaxation to Focus

About this Class

It may sound counterintuitive, but one of the most effective ways to become focused is to simply pause and relax.

Contrary to what many people think, forcing ourselves to be laser-focused on one thing is not always the most effective way to concentrate. In fact, straining our minds this way may cause more stress and reduce our ability to focus. This short meditation offers a completely different approach: achieving mental focus as a natural byproduct of a mind that is at ease and relaxed.
