Gaining ground in the Junior Men National Championship

After trailblazing victories to qualify for the quarter-finals, including a wicked 9-1 win against Mata Sahib Kaur Hockey Academy Jarkhar, RGS Hockey Junior Boys Hockey Team got through to the semi-finals after a gruelling match against the team from Sports Authority of Indi. After a neck-and-beck 2 all game ensued a nerve-racking penalty shoot-out, in which RGS Hockey outscored their opponents to a score-line of 4-3.

Although we ultimately lost our games against Madhya Pradesh Hockey Academy and Namdhari XI, finishing in fourth place overall, it was an enriching learning experience for the junior team, who have performed beautifully for first outing in a national championship.  Everyone at the Roundglass family is immensely proud of their achievement.
