About this Class

Headaches can make us feel like the discomfort is everywhere and is impossible to ignore. But the more we focus on our pounding headache, the more this discomfort grows and lasts. This short meditation is not about pushing the pain away or pretending it's not there. Instead, you will be guided to focus on the parts of your body where there is no pain, experiencing some relief.
