Pain is so uncomfortable that it is completely natural to want it to go away quickly. A pill may help in some cases. But when you’ve tried everything and the pain persists, maybe it’s time to stop resisting it. In this short meditation, you will be guided to become very intimate with your pain, observing the sensations that you're experiencing with an open and curious mind.
