Feeling stuck with your writing? Try slowing down your thoughts for a bit to bring fresh energy to your mind and your work.

An open and relaxed mind is needed to write our best work and let the ideas flow freely from our minds to the paper. Sometimes all we need to get into that writing zone and state of flow is to let go of our need to write a "good paper," get out of our head, and just be for a few moments. This short breathing exercise will teach you how to do that.
