Losing your ability to concentrate in the middle of an important test can be stressful — and it's also pretty common, especially if your test is a long one. When this happens, taking a short pause to breathe deeply and repeat a few motivational words may be all you need to reset your mind. We recommend that you try out this simple practice a couple times before your exam, so you go into it prepared and knowing how to re-focus.
