Edmunds is a certified meditation teacher who has been practicing for 15 years and teaching for six. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, Ivy League schools, and multinational nonprofits to bring mindfulness practices to communities on a global scale. Edmunds has been formally training in mindfulness and awareness practices for the last 15 years.
