Ingredients

2 to 4 SERVES
  • 4 cups (80 g) baby arugula
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp (30 to 45 ml) lime juice
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp (15 to 30 ml) toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt to taste
