One-Bowl Baby Arugula Salad

- 2 to 3 Tbsp (30 to 45 ml) lime juice
- 1 to 2 Tbsp (15 to 30 ml) toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- Salt to taste
