Can I be cremated outdoors in a funeral pyre?

There are some Native American communities that have enough sovereignty that they can perform whatever death rituals they want on their own land, but you have to be a member of that nation to take advantage of that. Other than that, the only legal open-air pyre I know of is in Colorado. Colorado has some of the most relaxed laws in the country. But even there, you have to be a member of that community and they have rules and guidelines they have to follow.
