Testimonials
I found Lama Yeshe’s sessions calming, soothing, and enlightening. His voice is very reassuring as he explores each topic. His humor makes the sessions more humane and casual, and less intimidating. He’s not judgmental and puts the student at ease. I always find his lessons enjoyable and something to look forward to.

I went to Bhutan for a mindfulness retreat with Lama Yeshe Rabgye, and it was one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. Lama Ji is simple and down to earth, and his teaching are easy to understand and follow. He has a great sense of humor and an endearing personality. It was an honor to hear Lama Ji's teachings on Buddhism, and I recommended this experience to everyone. Thanks to Lama Yeshe Rabgye for his teachings and for making all of us feel comfortable.

Lama Yeshe Rabgye has an extremely lucid way of talking about life and what it means to be human. After attending many of his sessions at the Bodhichitta Centre, he has become one of my favorite people to interact with, as he doesn't seem too attached to the idea of him being a monk, and us his students. He sees everyone equally, and that quality makes him a wonderful and beautiful human being. It's always fascinating to sit with him on a beautiful evening and just talk about life and share the same space.

Along the path of deep anxiety and depression that I was going through, I was fortunate to meet Lama Yeshe on a rainy morning. During the many days, hours, and minutes I spent time with him, he somehow never let my hand go and kept comforting me in the kindest of manners. Lama Yeshe never gave up on me, and I never let him out of sight. If today I am smiling, I should give a whole lot of credit and my deepest gratitude to Lama Yeshe.

What resonates with me is that Lama Yeshe talks about things we can all relate to: gratitude, forgiveness, dealing with anger, coping with physical pain, death, grief, impermanence, overthinking, and the like. His explanations are nonjudgmental, secular, and something everyone can understand.
