How to Train Your Attention

4-session Course Meditation & Mindfulness
How to Train Your Attention

About this course

Following your mind around from object to object, emotion to emotion, and thought to thought usually brings lots of unnecessary stress and suffering to our lives. In this four-session course, you will learn how to regain control of your mind in a progressive way, so that you can bring your thoughts and emotions back to a state of joy and balance quickly and easily. The lessons you will learn here are based on the nine traditional stages of Shamatha meditation, which are the foundations of the Buddhist practice.
