Breath Meditation to Avoid Burnout

About this class
This simple breathing meditation is designed to help you relax throughout your busy day to avoid burnout.
Taking regular mindful breathing breaks can help you avoid burnout and move into a state of stillness and calm. Why? Because the breath is a powerful tool that brings you back to the present moment and helps your mind and body slow down almost immediately. The best part about your breath is that it's always available to you, whenever and wherever you need it. So go ahead and practice this meditation for a few minutes each day, or as many times as you feel it's necessary throughout your busy day to feel your best.
